Jennifer Lopez & Ben Affleck's $68M Beverly Hills Mansion Still on the Market 4 Months After They Listed It

Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez 's Beverly Hills mansion is still up for sale after nearly four months on the market.

The 12-bedroom, 24-bathroom California home was publicly listed on July 11. They initially tried to sell it off-market in June, a common tactic for high-profile sellers to maintain privacy, but decided to take the listing public a month later when they didn't find a buyer.

Affleck, 52, and Lopez, 55, purchased the 38,000-square-foot estate in May 2023 for $60,805,000 less than a year after they got married . The five-acre property is currently listed for $68,000,000 and boasts a separate guest penthouse, a garage that can fit 12 cars and an indoor sports complex with basketball and pickleball courts, a gym and a boxing ring.

PEOPLE reported in May that the couple was living separately after a source said Affleck had been staying at a different property while filming his movie The Accountant 2.

The following month, an insider told PEOPLE that Affleck moved his things out of the shared mansion while Lopez was on a European getaway .

"Ben continues to live at the Brentwood rental. He's been there for about two months now. He seems OK," said the insider at the time. "He's been at his office every day and seems focused on work. He's also spending time with his kids."

Affleck has since purchased a new home, a 5-bedroom spread in Brentwood for $20 million . PEOPLE previously reported.

While Affleck and Lopez both agreed to the purchase together, each had some reservations about the home.

She liked its spacious layout, which had plenty of room to accommodate their blended family, but typically prefers "a romantic, Spanish, European vibe" over modern design, a source told PEOPLE at the time

For his part, Affleck was never a fan of the home's location, a significant driving distance from where his children live in the Brentwood area. "It was such a pain and time consuming for Ben to navigate traffic from their house," another insider said.

Affleck has three children — Violet, 18, Seraphina, 15 and Samuel, 12 — with ex wife Jennifer Garner while Lopez shares twins Max and Emme , 16, with ex husband Marc Anthony .

On Nov. 6, a source told PEOPLE that Lopez, who filed for divorce from Affleck in August, is still in communication with Affleck's kids despite the divorce and has been moving on.
