In Loving Memory of Judy Barnett-Langford, June 25, 1953 – October 16, 2024. With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of our beloved wife, mother, and grandmother. Judy left us peacefully, leaving behind a legacy of joy, love, and unwavering faith. Born in Pontiac, MI, Judy graduated from Pontiac Northern High School and earned a degree in elementary education from Oakland University, leading to a rewarding teaching career. She was the daughter of Duane and Darlene Justin, wife to Kenneth (until his passing) and John (until hers). Mother to Bryan, Chris, Andrea (Jan) Asche and Matthew (Cara). Bonus mom to Brian (Robin), Michele (Paul) Grandy and Sheryl. Grandmother to Rachel (Noah), Sydney, Addison, Kenneth, Tristan, Shiloh, Isaiah, Naomi, Kenlee, Katelyn, John (Ashley), Lauren, Jack, Nick. Judy's life was marked by her deep faith in Jesus Christ, which guided everything she did. Her handwritten notes and thoughtful gestures touched many, always sharing warmth and care. Known as 'Party Gram,' Judy's infectious energy, love for adventure, and devotion to family and friends made her unforgettable. And most importantly, she knew where she was going and wants us to all 'Show Up'. Her faith, love, and joy will live on in all who knew her. Rest in peace, Party Gram'you will be missed beyond measure. Funeral Service Monday, October 21, 2024 ' 11am at Woodside Church, 6600 Rochester Rd., Troy. The family will receive friends Sunday 3pm to 8pm at Modetz Funeral Home, 100 E. Silverbell Rd., Orion and at the church on Monday 10am until time of service. Interment White Chapel Cemetery, Troy.
