KSP searching for ‘armed and dangerous’ Monticello man in connection to murder investigation
MONTICELLO, Ky. ( FOX 56 ) — Authorities in Wayne County are searching for a man who Kentucky State Police (KSP) considered armed and dangerous.
On Friday, troopers wrote on Facebook that KSP Post 11 in London is asking for help finding 43-year-old Joseph Fulton of Monticello in connection with a reported murder investigation.

Fulton was described as 6 feet tall, 150 pounds, with brown eyes. He was reportedly last seen wearing a dark-colored shirt and blue jeans. KSP said he may be driving a 2008 gray or tan Dodge Nitro with a Kentucky license plate that reads BHH801, which authorities said is registered to his mother, Mary Fulton.

Fulton is considered armed and dangerous and has an active arrest warrant, per KSP.
