Lansing Construction Management Company KMG Expands to Detroit
Kramer Management Group (KMG) in Lansing, an independent third-party construction owner representative, project manager, and planner, has opened a new office at 6001 Cass Ave. (Suite 03-151) in Detroit.
Located at Cass and York Street in the Tech Town district, the company joins several companies, including Tata Technologies, in the Albert Kahn-designed building known as 6001 Cass. It was built in 1920 as the original Cadillac LaSalle Sales and Service Center.
KMG officials say the move underscores the companyâ€TMs commitment to supporting Detroitâ€TMs growth, providing strategic support for projects that align with the cityâ€TMs evolving landscape.
Vice President Brian Deming, a graduate of Wayne State University, will lead the Detroit office. He has a background in structural engineering, design, and construction management and more than 17 years of experience in construction management. Among the Detroit area projects on his resume are Little Caesars Arena and the MotorCity Casino-Hotel Complex.
"I am excited to be back with an office near my alma mater and demonstrate our commitment to being in the city of Detroit with our current and upcoming projects," Deming says.
KMGâ€TMs new Detroit office, the company notes, provides a strategic base for the firm to engage more closely with clients on projects that are local to the city, ensuring efficient service delivery and strong project outcomes.
The firmâ€TMs independent third-party owner representation and local expertise are expected to bring significant value to the region, reinforcing KMGâ€TMs role in Detroitâ€TMs "dynamic and growing market."
Located within the TechTown area, KMGâ€TMs new office is positioned to foster connections and collaborations that drive innovation and success, according to the company.
