LETTER: LeBorious Understands The Needs Of Enfield And East Windsor Opinions expressed are those of the letter writer and do not necessarily reflect the views of Patch Media. Opposing viewpoints are welcomed.

— Voters in the 59th House District (Enfield and East Windsor) have the opportunity to elect a state representative who truly understands the needs of both communities. Rick LeBorious grew up and raised a family in Enfield. He went on to help shape the future of Enfield, serving as the town's mayor and deputy mayor.

For thirty years, LeBorious has owned a manufacturing business in Enfield. He understands the role that small business plays in contributing to the local and state economy and the importance of providing good jobs.

A number of years ago, LeBorious moved to East Windsor for family reasons. Once again, he became involved in his community as a member of many committees, boards and commissions.

When LeBorious is elected state representative, I have no doubt that he will listen and deliver on important issues like investing in blue collar jobs, education funding, reducing income taxes for seniors, affordable health care, protecting farmland and limiting solar arrays, and making Connecticut more affordable.

Let's give LeBorious a chance to use his experience and his love for Enfield and East Windsor to represent us in the state legislature. Please vote for Rick LeBorious to be our next state representative.

Thomas P. Lansner East Windsor
