Letter to the editor: Andy Hunthausen is experienced, well informed, hard working

The Lewis and Clark County Commission plays a critical role in addressing the needs of our county. For this reason, it is important to have a commissioner who is experienced, well informed, and working hard everyday to best meet the needs of all of our citizens for both today and the foreseeable future. Thankfully we have County Commissioner Andy Hunthausen working for us. Andy is up for reelection this year, and I ask you to please vote for Andy to continue to best serve all citizens of our county.

Andy was born and raised in East Helena with his family of nine brothers and sisters where he learned the value of hard work, and the importance of following the Golden Rule committed to serving others and our community. Andy has served our community as a teacher, therapist, school counselor, and county commissioner his entire adult life. His experience and background make him uniquely well qualified to serve as our County Commissioner. Andy works hard everyday getting out into our community often from early in the morning to late at night to do the work needed to understand the challenges facing our county and find effective solutions addressing the needs and creating opportunities for all of our citizens. Andy's thoughtful, respectful, well informed, balanced approach is exactly what we need on our county commission.
