Letter: Voter ID in Arizona

R.Campbell3 hr ago

Arizona law requires proof of citizenship from any resident registering to vote in state elections. We now learn that Secretary of State Adrian Fontes who administers statewide voter registration checks can't vouch for 218,000+ 'registered' voters.

My vote is precious to me and one illegal vote could disenfranchise not only me but all of us so you'd think that Fontes would be all over this like a wet blanket but he says that my concerns are politically motivated. As long as Democrats refuse to enforce voter ID laws and other loopholes to election integrity I will continue to interrogate all election results no matter which party is the supposed winner.

I offer a truce to Mr. Fontes, do your job with transparency and you won't hear a peep out of me after November 5.
