Lutheran Life Villages makes move toward developing new senior living neighborhood

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WPTA) - Lutheran Life Villages has submitted plans to acquire land to develop a second senior living neighborhood.

The new neighborhood would be located near Parkview Regional Medical Center and will include similar amenities and features to the Piper Trail community, which is located in Fort Wayne's southwest side. The maintenance-free, single-family homes will come with attached garages and front porches.

Alex Kiefer, President and CEO of Lutheran Life Villages said the organization is excited to expand to Fort Wayne's north side.
