Man accused of shooting at woman and her daughter
MEMPHIS, Tenn. — A man is now wanted by Memphis Police after they say he fired shots at a woman and her daughter in South Memphis nearly four months ago.
According to police, on July 27, they responded to the 50 block of East Gage Avenue regarding an aggravated assault call.
A female victim told police that 18-year-old Torry Adams shot at her and her daughter after he got upset over a conversation they were having.

Officers say they tried to identify Adams but he left the scene on foot into a wooded area where they were unable to find him.
On November 4, a search warrant was secured for Adams arrest by investigators. Adams is charged with Attempted First Degree Murder, Employment of a Firearm During the Commission of a Felony, and Evading Arrest on Foot.
