Man arrested for strangling someone in Guntersville

GUNTERSVILLE, Ala. ( WHNT ) — A man was arrested and charged with strangulation in Guntersville Monday, according to police.

On Monday, Guntersville Police officers responded to a call from someone claiming they had been assaulted and strangled.

Marshall County man arrested on domestic violence charge

GPD said the victim had obvious signs of injuries that were consistent with the statements made on the scene.

The department said Kase Langley from Arab was identified as the suspect. He was arrested and charged with domestic violence- strangulation or suffocation and third-degree domestic violence criminal surveillance.

He is currently being held in the Marshall County jail with a bond of $10,000.
