MJ’s Motivation: “To start a wildfire, all it takes is one spark”
Last week on Monday Night Football, the Dolphins beat the Rams on the road. Miami entered the game 2-6, struggling to stack wins despite having a very talented roster. After the victory, picking up win number three, Dolphins' defensive lineman Calais Campbell described the mentality. "To start a wildfire, all you need is one spark," he said. That win in primetime might very well have been the spark Miami needed to turn it's season around. But Campbell's message runs deeper than just football. Sometimes in life, we are 2-6. The losses stack up and winning can feel so far away. The difference between unraveling and righting the ship can be as simple as one spark. When we get it, the onus is on us to capitalize. But at the end of the day all you can really ask for is a chance.
