A mom to a young Taylor Swift fan has jokingly revealed the singer's 'harmful effect' on her daughter – and it's likely that many parents can also relate. Chart-topping artist Taylor, 34, is no stranger to glitz and sequins and often sports bedazzled outfits for her Eras Tour , which has in turn inspired a legion of her supporters to come to her shows in sparkling ensembles. But this has left one mom in a bit of a pickle, as her car is now completely covered in glitter. Taking to Facebook , Stephanie Kocak uploaded photos of her car seat covered in the stuff after her little one became inspired to wear sparkly dresses because of her idol Taylor. She added that she has come to accept that her vehicle will be 'forever' covered in the luminescent shimmer. Sharing the snaps, Stephanie said: 'We don't talk enough about the harmful effects of Taylor Swift. 'Taylor wore a few glitter outfits and now my daughter has a bunch of glitter dresses. My car will just forever be covered in glitter.' Fellow Swifties also revealed they have been battling glitter since seeing Taylor in concert. Taking to the comments, one said: 'My show was April 2023 and I'm still finding glitter in my car and... in my apartment and... inside the shoes I wore... Man was I irresponsible with how I put the glitter on. It is forever.' Echoing a similar sentiment, another wrote: 'The streets of New Orleans were covered with glitter and sequins and it made my heart so happy.' A third commented: 'Our Uber driver in NOLA said his wife bought him special seat covers for his car just for the purpose of protecting the seats from Swiftie glitter.' Other social media users urged the mom to 'embrace' the sparkly microplastic. 'And one day, your daughter will be in college and you'll find a piece of glitter and cry,' one typed. Another said: 'Love it! embrace it! you will miss that glitter someday...' Taylor's Eras Tour is just weeks away from wrapping up, with her final show scheduled for December 8 in Vancouver. The tour, consisting of 149 shows, kicked off on March 17, 2023, in Glendale, Arizona, and has crossed five continents. According to AP, it grossed well over $1.04 billion, making it the highest-grossing tour in history. Last month, Taylor revealed she handpicked cities with the most 'enthusiastic' fans to close out the last shows. While preforming in Miami, the multi award-winning singer said: 'We decided, if we're going to end this tour, eventually it has to happen, we gotta pick the crowds and the cities and the places where the crowds are going to be passionate, enthusiastic, screaming the words to every single song, like the most fun crowds imaginable, 'So, there was only one conclusion for how to kick off this last leg, and that is Miami, Florida!'
