‘Most Wanted’ fugitives for week of Sept. 20, 2024
EL PASO, Texas ( KTSM ) – Crime Stoppers of El Paso, Inc. distributes pictures of fugitives wanted by the El Paso Police Department and the El Paso County Sheriff's Office weekly through the Most Wanted feature. The following fugitives are individuals which attempts to locate have been unsuccessful.
El Paso Police DepartmentAlex Montoya: Age 29; 5-foot-9; 200 pounds; brown hair and brown eyes; wanted for two counts of forgery to defraud or harm elderly and two counts of forgery to defraud or harm of another; $116,000 bond.
Arthur Michael Flores: Age 59; 5-foot-9; 215 pounds; brown hair and brown eyes; wanted for cruelty non-livestock animals: kill/poison/serious bodily injury; no bond.
Paul Adam Flores: Age 48; 6-foot-2; 260 pounds; brown hair and brown eyes; wanted for cruelty non-livestock animals: kill/poison/serious bodily injury; no bond.
Jesus Bustamante III: Age 34; 5-foot-9; 200 pounds; brown hair and brown eyes; wanted for pre-revocation warrant; no bond.
Anthony James Sepulveda: Age 20; 6-foot-2; 155 pounds; black hair and brown eyes; wanted for cruelty non-livestock animals: kill/poison/serious bodily injury; no bond.
El Paso County Sheriff's OfficeChristopher Paul Cejudo: Age 36; 5-foot-3; 150 pounds; black hair and brown eyes; wanted for driving while intoxicated three or more times; $10,000 bond.
Tyra Lenor Wadley: Age 26; 5-foot-5; 160 pounds; brown hair and brown eyes; wanted for possession of a controlled substance and manufacture/delivery of a controlled substance; $31,000 bond.
Brian Joseph Perea: Age 30; 5-foot-9; 155 pounds; black hair and brown eyes; wanted for possession of a controlled substance; no bond.
Pablo Enrique Martinez: Age 40; 6 feet; 240 pounds; black hair and brown eyes; wanted for sexual abuse of a child continuous/victim under 14, aggravated assault of a child and indecency with a child sexual contact; $310,000 bond.
Leticia Victoria Maldonado: Age 20; 5-foot-3; 138 pounds; brown hair and brown eyes; wanted for injury of a child/elderly/disabled person with intent of bodily injury; $100,000 bond.
