Motorbike rider critically injured in Clifford Ave hit and run

ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) – Rochester man is in critical condition after he was riding his motorbike and was struck during a hit and run Clifford Avenue Friday night.

Rochester police say they responded to the intersection of Clifford Avenue and Spiegel Park for the report of a motor vehicle crash around 11:30 p.m. and found a 39-year-old man seriously injured.

According to police, the man was driving an unregistered motorbike down Clifford Avenue when he was struck by another vehicle that fled the scene.

The man was transported to an area hospital by ambulance where he is being treated for serious injury and is in critical condition.

Police have no suspects in custody at this time as they continue to investigate the incident. Anyone with information is asked to call 911.
