Multiple downtown Lincoln streets to temporarily close for 15th annual YMCA of Lincoln Turkey Trot

LINCOLN, Neb. (KOLN) - Several downtown Lincoln streets will temporarily close from 7-10 a.m. Thanksgiving day for the 15th annual YCMA of Lincoln Turkey Trot . This year’s event heads to the streets of downtown Lincoln in the Railyard and features a 5K Race along with a 1-Mile Fun Run/Walk. The closures are as follows:
Seventh Street from “P” to “R” streets – full closure
Eighth Street from “P” to “R” streets – full closure
Ninth Street from “R” to “Q” streets – southbound lane closure
Canopy Street from “P” to “R” streets – full closure
“Q” Street between Pinnacle Arena Drive and Ninth Street – full closure
“Q” Street from Ninth to 13th streets – westbound lane closure
“R” Street from 12th to 16th streets – full closure
Salt Creek Roadway from Ninth to 14th streets – eastbound full closure
Vine Street between 16th Street and Antelope Valley Roadway – westbound full closure
