Murder warrant issued in connection to deadly South Omaha shooting

OMAHA, Neb. (WOWT) - Police issued a murder warrant Thursday in connection to a shooting that left one man dead in south Omaha over the weekend.

Dak Lam, 22, is wanted on a first-degree murder charge in connection to the shooting death of 21-year-old Keah Paljor.

Officers responded to the scene near 29th and T Street in Omaha around 6 a.m. Saturday They arrived to find Paljor laying the street suffering from a gunshot wound. Rescue personnel transported him to Nebraska Medicine, where he died.

Anyone with information regarding Lam's whereabouts is urged to submit an anonymous tip via Omaha Crime Stoppers. To do so,or call 402-444-7867.

OPD said a tip leading to Lam's arrest is eligible for a $5,000 reward.
