ATLANTA, Ga. (Atlanta News First) - Brand-new court records have been filed on Colt and Colin Gray, the teenager accused in the deadly Apalachee High School shooting and his father.

Colt Gray's defense attorney is calling for all records from Georgia's Division of Family and Children Services on him and "in camera inspection" of those records. The legal term "in camera" refers to when a judge oversees a case or part of a case in their chambers, out of public view.

In their motion for production, the attorney writes "it is the defendant's position that all records pertaining to his parents are relevant."

Restraining orders for three other surviving victims were also filed against both Colt and Colin Gray.

Colt, a 14-year-old Apalachee High School student, was charged with four counts of felony murder.

Colin was charged with involuntary manslaughter, second-degree murder and cruelty to children.

Police said they believe Colin gave Colt access to the AR-15-style rifle that was used in the shooting.

Four people were killed in the shooting. Students Christian Angulo and Mason Schermerhorn, both 14, and teachers Richard Aspinwall and Cristina Irimie were killed in the shooting.
