Nikki Garcia Seen Without Wedding Ring While Shopping with Sister Brie amid Divorce from Artem Chigvintsev

Nikki Garcia can always count on the support of her sister Brie Garcia .

On Sept. 20, the twins and former WWE stars, both 40, were spotted together shopping for pumpkins in Napa Valley, Calif. after Nikki filed for divorce from husband Artem Chigvintsev earlier this month following the former Dancing with the Stars pro's arrest on suspicion of domestic violence in August.

Nikki was seen without her wedding ring and sported a black athleisure set with a cream duster as she pushed a grocery cart full of pumpkins. She also wore a crossbody bag and hat during the casual outing.

Brie walked alongside her sister wearing a green ensemble and jacket. She also carried an off-white baseball cap and fanny pack.

Nikki filed for divorce nearly two weeks after Chigvintsev, 42, was arrested on a charge of corporal injury to a spouse in Napa Valley, Calif., on Thursday, Aug. 29.

Documents previously obtained by PEOPLE show that he was arrested and then booked in the Napa County Jail, where he was charged and given a $25,000 bail before being released in less than an hour. While it was never explicitly confirmed, Nikki is presumably the spouse in question.

A rep for the Total Bellas star later told PEOPLE that she filed for divorce, adding how Nikki "continues to ask for privacy for her and her family at this time."

Following his arrest, Nikki was spotted without her wedding ring while making her first public appearance at Netflix's Chestnut vs. Kobayashi: Unfinished Beef, a live hot dog eating competition she co-hosted with Rob Riggle on Sept. 2.

Chigvintsev filed his response to the divorce filing on Friday, Sept. 13, and requested joint legal and physical custody of their 4-year-old son Matteo and for his estranged wife to pay spousal support in addition to his attorney fees .

Chigvintsev's response differed from Nikki's initial petition, in which she requested sole legal and physical custody of Matteo , with Chigvintsev being allowed visitation rights and for the court to terminate both parties' ability to receive spousal support.

His attorney, Ilona Antonyan, previously told PEOPLE, "At this time, Mr. Chigvintsev will not comment on any pending proceeding."
