No serious injuries reported following DeKalb County hit-and-run

DEKALB COUNTY, Ind. (WPTA) - Leaders with the DeKalb County Sheriff's Office say there were no serious injuries reported after a hit-and-run crash on I-69 late Monday night.

Police were called to the 322-mile marker of southbound I-69, just north of the Allen/DeKalb County line around 10 p.m.

Officers say a woman was traveling southbound on the interstate when another vehicle hit her car and drove off.

The woman had some complaints of pain, but no serious injury was reported.

DeKalb police say they were notified that the other vehicle involved may have been found and they have since reached out to Steuben deputies to help locate its owner.
