Northeast Ohio Thursday weather forecast: Cold morning as sunshine returns

CLEVELAND, Ohio - After a chilly start, Thursday will welcome sunny skies and warming temperatures.

The National Weather Service's forecast for tomorrow calls for highs to top out near 60 degrees with clear skies throughout the day. The NWS warn Cuyahoga, Summit and Stark Counties are under a Frost Advisory until 9 a.m. Thursday morning. Lows near freezing overnight will result in frost formation in some areas. In addition, many counties east of Cleveland are under a Freeze Warning for the same times.

Thursday night will be clear as lows dip back into the mid 30s. Friday will have more sunshine and highs topping out in the mid 60s.

Extended forecast for Northeast Ohio Friday night will be clear and cool with lows dipping into the low 40s. Saturday will continue the run of sunny weather with highs close to 70 degrees.
