Old Woman Missing in LA Since September
Authorities were asking the public's help Sunday in locating a 40-year-old woman who has been missing from Los Angeles for nearly two months.
Veronica Elizabeth Mejia Gonzalez was last seen Sept. 20, in the 7000 block of Hooper Avenue near East 70th Street in Florence, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department.
Gonzalez was described as a Hispanic woman standing 5 feet, 2 inches and weighing about 115 pounds. She has black eyes, black shoulder-length hair and the word "Isaac" tattooed on her left thigh. She was last seen wearing a white shirt and black shorts.
