Oliva Livrone, 90, of Plains Township, died Saturday at her home.

Born Jan. 6, 1911, in Perugia, Italy, she was the daughter of the late
Francesco and Angela Jovana Angeletti Filippini. She was a homemaker
throughout her life.
She was a member of Sacred Heart-St. Joseph’s Parish Community, Plains
Township.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Ernest Livrone; sisters, Ada F.
Basta, Amalia F. Sannipoli and Angela Filippini Piazza; brothers, Virgil Dantz
Filippini and Stevcq Filippini.

Surviving are her daughter, Maria Livrone, with whom she resided in Plains
Township; two grandsons; and two great-grandchildren.



Funeral services will be at 9 a.m. Tuesday from the Simon S. Russin Funeral
Home Inc., 136 Maffett St., Plains Township, with a Mass of Christian Burial
at 9:30 a.m. in Sacred Heart Catholic Church, with Monsignor David Tressler
officiating. Interment will be in Italian Independent Cemetery, West Wyoming.
Friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m. Monday. There will be a Christian wake
service in the evening. Memorial donations may be made to the Center for Padre
Pio, Barto, Pa.
