One is injured after crash in Daviess County

HENDERSON, Ky. (WEHT) — One person is injured in Daviess County Wednesday night after a crash.

Officials with Owensboro Dispatch say they received a call about an accident with unknown injuries. They went on to say that the caller told 911 that one car was flipped onto its side and no other vehicles were involved.

The Daviess County Sheriff's Office took to Facebook to say the roadway is closed from the US 60 bypass to Highway 405. The post goes on to say the road will be closed for a few hours.

The sheriff's department, fire and EMS are at the scene as well as an accident reconstructionist. Officials have not released the condition of the driver or the cause of the accident.
