One Person Dead At Shell Gas Station In Newhall

Deputies respond to a fatality in Newhall Saturday morning.
On Saturday morning, emergency responders responded to a fatality at the Shell Gas Station located on the 23500 block of Newhall Avenue, according to Deputy Martinez, with the Santa Clarita Valley Sheriff Station.
"The investigation is still ongoing," said Martinez.
Deputies with the Santa Clarita Valley Sheriff Station have blocked off a part of the Shell Gas Station parking lot where a 2019 red Chevrolet Corvette is located.
The incident is still under investigation, according to Deputy Martinez.
It is unknown what the cause of death was as of Saturday.
An identification of the deceased person is pending notification of next of kin.
