Oneida County man arrested on multiple counts of child sexual abuse
ONEIDA, N.Y. (WSYR-TV) — On May 10, the Oneida City Police received a report of a potential child sexual abuse case. The Criminal Investigation Division took over and their investigation found three victims.
On September 10, 42-year-old Frank Eastman Jr. was arrested and charged with the following crimes:
Following the arraignment, Eastman was remanded to the Madison County Jail. His bail was set to 100,000 cash bail, $200,000 bond, and or $500,000 partially secured bond.
Eastman is scheduled to appear before a Oneida City Court Judge at later dates and times.
The Oneida Police Department believes there may be additional victims.
