Operations suspended at 19 Northeast Tennessee post offices
GREENEVILLE, Tenn. (WJHL) – The United States Postal Service (USPS) announced on Saturday that 19 post offices in Northeast Tennessee have suspended operations after historic flooding hit the region.

The USPS apologized for the inconvenience but stated in a news release that the safety of customers and employees was critical.
The following post offices have suspended their operations:

The USPS stated the suspensions were temporary but did not provide an estimated time as to when operations would resume at any of the post offices.
