A seventh combination in as many weeks is ahead for the New England Patriots ' offensive line.

The organization downgraded starting left tackle Vederian Lowe to out prior to flying to London on Thursday night.

Lowe, 25, had missed back-to-back practices after sustaining an ankle injury in the second quarter last Sunday at Gillette Stadium against the Houston Texans . He was ruled out at halftime of what became a 41-21 loss and will now stay out versus the Jacksonville Jaguars .

The 6-foot-5, 315-pound Illinois product stands with three starts through four appearances this fall, totaling 189 offensive snaps. Abdomen and knee injuries previously had him listed on the team's injury report.

Lowe, who entered the NFL in the sixth round of the 2022 draft, made eight starts last season after being acquired from the Minnesota Vikings at the 53-man roster deadline.

Alongside the blindside protector, starting running back Rhamondre Stevenson has remained a non-participant for five consecutive practices due to a foot injury. And elsewhere, seven members of the active roster in Foxborough went in a limited capacity on Thursday. The rest of the game statuses will arrive on Friday.

Sunday's kickoff at Wembley Stadium is set for 9:30 a.m. ET.
