Penn Highlands, Franklin University announced pathway portal

JOHNSTOWN, Pa. – Pennsylvania Highlands Community College and Franklin University have partnered to launch an innovative pathway portal for students. This tool will simplify the transition from an associate degree at Penn Highlands to a bachelor's degree at Franklin with the 3+1 offering. The pathway portal provides real-time updates on how credits earned at the community college can contribute to a degree at the university while optimizing course selection, program comparison, tuition rates and more. A high school in Orange County closed Wednesday following an "unspecified threat," and now school officials are looking for information surrounding it.
