Person found shot dead in vehicle after crash on Winton Road, police say

CINCINNATI (WXIX) - One person is dead after a shooting and vehicle crash near Cincinnati's border with Springfield Township, Cincinnati police say. It happened shortly after 10 p.m. Sunday on Winton Road at North Bend Road. Someone inside a vehicle was shot and then crashed into another vehicle in the intersection, police say. The vehicle continued before crashing again, this time in front of a beauty supply store. The person inside the vehicle was pronounced dead at the scene, police say. Winton Road is shut down at North Bend Road until further notice. Police from both Cincinnati and Springfield Township responded. The Cincinnati Police Department Homicide Unit is investigating.
