However, Berwick has failed to make it past the first round of the state tournament each time, excluding a quarterfinals appearance in 2020. That all changed this season after a 3-0 sweep of District 4 champion Shamokin. Zoey Force, Angelina Colone and Grace Robbins lead Berwick, with Force leading the defense and Colone and Robbins leading the offense.At stake: Both programs haven't had much success in the state playoffs recently.
