Police: 2 adults, 1 child shot in Prince George’s County

PRINCE GEORGE'S COUNTY, Md. ( DC News Now ) — Prince George's County police said multiple people were shot including a child on Independence Day.
The Prince George's County Police Department (PGPD) said at around 7:50 p.m., at least three people were shot in the 4500 block of Akron St.
Two adults were hit by gunfire including a young child who was in critical condition.
A bullet appeared to have grazed one adult and the other adult was taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries, PGPD said.
