PVOLVE, Jennifer Aniston's Favorite Workout, is L.A.'s New Fitness Obsession

It's one unique mat designed by fitness company owner Rachel Katzman that looks like a Twister puzzle, only it is formulated for a myriad of exercises geared toward low-impact muscle building for women. It's called Pvolve, and it has become the go-to workout craze for L.A. A-listers with the help of Jennifer Aniston.

When Katzman set out to design the kaleidoscopic workout, she consulted with a team of female doctors who are experts in women's health, kinesiology, biomechanics and physical therapy, with lower back pain, mobility and muscle mass for women who may be post-menopausal in mind. The result has been extraordinary and caught the attention of a slew of A-list celebrities like Aniston, who partnered with Pvolve to advice the growing company on a programming strategy. "I like to find something that really works and then share it," Aniston told People. "We have to be kinder to our bodies."

Pvolve's classes are ever-changing with different equipment combinations, movements and sequences, so no two experiences are ever the same. Angelenos have two studios to practice in, one in West Hollywood and their newish location in Santa Monica. But classes fill up fast, so Pvolve also offers a 2-way Live Virtual Studio, where members take a live class and directly engage with trainers.

There is also a beginner's Signature Bundle that comes three pieces of Pvolve equipment and a month of streaming classes; or the Essentials Bundle with eight pieces of the equipment and three months of streaming classes. A Total Transformation Bundle has all of the 13 pieces of equipment and a full year of streaming.

The workout hasn't just hooked Aniston. Molly Sims; Padma Lakshmi, Kate Bosworth and a slew of in-shape celebs have been spotted at Pvolve's studios. After taking a trio of classes, it's easy to see why. Despite the seemingly impossibly toned trainers, the workout is surprising accessible and exciting without the groaning that comes from overdoing it the next day.
