Raiders' Rooting Guide for 2025 NFL Draft Implications of Week 11

Brandon Sloter/ The Las Vegas Raiders have some potential to move up in the projected 2025 NFL draft order in Week 11.

The Raiders are expected to lose once again versus the Miami Dolphins to at least keep them in the top five of the projected order.

A move up to No. 1 is impossible in just one week, but the Raiders would love if multiple teams cleared out of their way by the end of Sunday.

It feels like a massive ask for the Jacksonville Jaguars to beat the Detroit Lions, so the rooting focus has to be on the two teams directly in front of the Raiders in the draft order.

Sean M. Haffey/ If the Minnesota Vikings can play with danger against Jacksonville, that certainly can be the case again in Week 11 versus the Tennessee Titans.

The Titans earned an overtime win over the New England Patriots and hung around against the Los Angeles Chargers in the last two weeks.

Tennessee has at least been competitive in recent weeks, which is a good sign for the Raiders' potential upward movement from No. 5.

Minnesota is 2-2 in its last four games and the two wins were hard fought against AFC South opposition.

The Titans can give them a fight on Sunday, and although an upset seems unlikely on paper, it's something the Raiders must root for.

Gregory Shamus/ There's more promise that the Cleveland Browns can move out of the No. 4 spot in the draft order with a win over the New Orleans Saints.

Cleveland's offense has new life with Jameis Winston at quarterback and Nick Chubb back from injury.

New Orleans drug itself out of the projected top five last week with a win over the Atlanta Falcons, but even with Derek Carr back, they are limited in what they can do on offense because of all the injuries at wide receiver.

Cleveland should be far more competitive after its Week 10 bye than it was in the first nine weeks of the season.

A win over the Saints is possible, but if not, there are a handful of opportunities left on Cleveland's schedule to win and clear the path for Las Vegas to pick in the top three.

Michael Reaves/ Las Vegas has to root for the Patriots to further clear themselves from the top five on Sunday.

The Raiders are in front of the Patriots in the projected order, but with Jacksonville playing Detroit and both the New York Giants and Carolina Panthers off, there are not many other ideal rooting opportunities.

New England sits at No. 6 with the worst strength of schedule among the six three-win teams.

The Patriots are trending in the right direction with Drake Maye at quarterback and they could take down the Los Angeles Rams, who have to travel cross country on a short week.

The Rams come into Gillette Stadium with a 1-3 road record, so that form combined with the quick turnaround from Monday's loss to Miami could benefit New England.
