Rapper Wiz Khalifa‘s Pa. home hits the market: Here’s what it’s going for

If you're on the hunt for a luxurious property in Pennsylvania and are looking to splurge, you'd might want to look no further than Canonsburg, as Pittsburgh native Wiz Khalifa just listed a unique home there.

Located in Washington County, the nearly 3-acre property on 30 Virginia Lane is listed on realtor.com for $1,295,000.

Property records show Wiz Khalifa, whose legal name is Cameron Thomaz, bought the opulent digs back in 2012 for $900,000, according to Realtor.com .

The property was listed by Dustin Hook, who marketed the home on Instagram , acknowledging the "Black and Yellow" star.

Also featured on Zillow Gone Wild 's account page on X, the home's stellar open features speak for themselves.

"I'm into the open concept (is it still a concept) and the layout??? And also every home should have a designated powder room," the account wrote.

Boasting five bedrooms and three-and-a-half baths, a guest house is also on the property, which adds another full bathroom to the overall count. The spacious property features floor-to-ceiling windows, radiant heated floors and expansive patio space that overlooks acres of greenery.
