Raymon Harold Hartman OBITUARY
age 81, of Riverdale, passed away Monday, October 14, 2024, at the Laurels of Carson City. A Memorial Service for Raymon will be held at a later date. Memorial contributions may be made to Pardee Cancer Treatment Fund, 1221 South Dr., Mt. Pleasant, Michigan, 48858. Raymon was born on May 4, 1943, in Riverdale, the son of Harold and Lana (Hunt) Hartman. He was a graduate of Alma High School with the class of 1962. Shortly after graduation, he married Patricia Ann Root on September 19, 1964, in Alma. Raymon was a welder at Morbark for 32 years; he also traveled to many different places to fix woodchippers. He loved to build, especially birdhouses and windmills. He also liked feeding the birds and fishing. Raymon is survived by his daughters, Lisa (Ken) Wheeler of Riverdale, Dawn Hartman of Carson City; grandson Nick Wheeler of Midland; granddaughter Brittany Wheeler of Riverdale; great-grandchildren Maddex, Ilayna, Kenzleigh, and Colten; brothers Cecil (Janice) Hartman of Riverdale, Udel Hartman of Ithaca, Morris (Judy) Hartman of Vestaburg, Orcen (Lynn) Hartman of Riverdale; sisters Robin (Nelson) Langworthy of Vestaburg, Sheila Davis-Hartman of Riverdale; and several nieces and nephews.
