Read why subscribers love LNP
I retired and moved to Lancaster from New Jersey in January 2020 to housesit for my nephew and his family, who were going to the UK to work for two and a half years. My nephew ordered a subscription to LNP delivered to their house so I could learn about the Lancaster community. I knew no one and lived alone in their home in Manheim Township, but I was planning on getting involved and settling in. When everything shut down in March 2020, LNP was my lifeline. It came to the porch every morning, my only contact with Lancaster, keeping me informed of the pandemic and the community around me. My nephew and his family planned on coming home every six months or so, but all travel halted and they were not able to get back until August 2021. In August 2022, I bought my own home in the city, and I still get LNP delivered. Facts, perspectives, values and opinions are presented in a manner that reflects this commitment to balance. We like that! It makes us grateful for the LNP, and for its contribution to us as citizens of our local community, as well as citizens of our world. – Carol and Peter Schreck
