Road closures around southern Colorado: Updated list
The continued snow and wintry weather Thursday around Colorado Springs and southern Colorado has contributed to several road closures.
Impacted areas include Interstate 25 south of Denver to New Mexico, including Monument Hill, with particularly heavy snow over the Raton Mesa at the Colorado-New Mexico state line.
Eastern Colorado along Interstate 70 to Kansas will continue to have high winds, snow and adverse conditions, according to the National Weather Service and the Colorado Department of Transportation.
