Road work begins Oct. 14 on Six Points Road in Bloomington

BLOOMINGTON — Drivers can expect traffic delays and lane closures because of roadwork beginning Monday, Oct. 14, on Six Points Road from Oakland to Longden avenues.

The City of Bloomington announced Wednesday that crews will be milling, resurfacing and installing pavement markings.

While the road will remain open, drivers are urged to find alternative routes.

The city plans to complete the work by the end of November, weather permitting.
