Rochester, MN ( KROC-AM News ) - Rochester Police are requesting the public's assistance in locating a predatory offender .
An alert issued by the Police Department Tuesday afternoon indicates a state agent contacted local authorities and informed them that had tampered with his electronic monitoring device on Sunday. He has since failed to return to his placement location.
Officials say Williams was last spotted in the vicinity of South Broadway and Second Street Southeast.
He is described as black, 5-6, 210 pounds, bald, and wearing glasses.
