HUNTING VALLEY, OhioFraud: Fairmount Boulevard A resident reported Sept. 18 that someone fraudulently used their identity and personal information recently to purchase a used car in Archbold, Ohio, west of Toledo, with the investigation continuing in Fulton County as well.Suspicion: Partridge Lane Responding to a report of two men with flashlights in a backyard at 8:20 p.m. Sept. 18, officers found a Cleveland Electric Illuminating company crew working in the area.Personal welfare: Cedar Road Police checked on a man observed sitting on the curb around 2:50 p.m. Sept. 21 between Woodstock Road and Chagrin River Road. He explained he was taking a break from his walk.Suspicious vehicle: Burton Trail Responding to a report of an unknown car parked in a private driveway around 4:30 p.m. Sept. 21, police learned that the owner was given permission to park by another resident.Animal complaints; Falls and South Woodland roads A caller who was no longer in the area reported seeing two multicolored dogs, one mostly black and the other brown, running north on Falls towards South Woodland around 5 p.m. Sept. 21.Hit confirmation, warrant: Fairmount Boulevard A man wanted on a traffic warrant was turned over to Willoughby Hills police after he was detained by Hunting Valley officers around 4 a.m. Sept. 22.Found property: Fairmount Boulevard Someone arrived at the police station at 12:25 p.m. Sept. 19 to turn in an iPhone found on the roadway.
