Route 141 under I-44 closed due to flooding
ST. LOUIS COUNTY, Mo. – In anticipation of flooding from the Meramec River, the Missouri Department of Transportation (MoDOT) will shut down the northbound and southbound lanes of Route 141 under Interstate 44 on Thursday morning.
Crews began shutting down the southbound lanes of Route 141 around 6 a.m. Thursday morning. The northbound lanes of Route 141 are anticipated to shut down at a later time. The closure is expected to remain throughout the weekend, according to a release.

During the closure, there will be limited access to the eastbound and westbound lanes of I-44 from Route 141. Motorists traveling north can detour using I-64 or Route 100 near Manchester Road. Motorists traveling from the south can detour using I-55, Route 21 near Tesson Ferry Road, or Route 30 near Gravois Road.
Other roads in the area closed due to flooding include Franklin County's Route ACR between Routes CC and HH, Route UU, and Route C in St. Charles County.
