Sean Stewart was pictured with Charlie Sheen 's ex Julia Stambler amid his 'divorce' from his wife Jody Weintraub.

The musician, 43, was seen stepping out with the model, 32, during an outing in Los Angeles on Thursday and celebrating the 4th of July by grabbing lunch together.

During their date, the pair weren't shy about being affectionate in public as they were spotted leaning across the table to share a kiss at one point.

After their meal, Stewart was also seen placing his hand on her back while crossing the street together.

This comes shortly after a source exclusively told DailyMail.com Stewart is 'divorcing' his wife after tying the knot just last year.

For their date, Stewart dressed sharp, sporting a cream, linen button-down shirt with the top buttons undone and jeans.

He wore white sneakers and shielded his eyes with a pair of black, wayfarer sunglasses.

His new love interest was seen carrying an iced beverage to-go.

The ex-girlfriend of Charlie Sheen modeled a red, floral-printed midi dress with a black woven shoulder bag and matching sandals.

For her lunch date on the patio and short stroll with Stewart, she donned amber-tinted sunglasses.

The model appeared to be wearing little-to-no makeup to showcase her natural beauty.

His outing comes on the same day it was revealed that Stewart and his wife Weintraub have been separated for 'several months' and are working towards a divorce.

An insider told DailyMail.com on Thursday that Stewart has already moved on following their split.

'He is dating this very hot, blonde beauty,' the source said. 'They have really hit it off.'

About his new love interest, the insider added: 'She has her own business and is very independent. They have been going on dates in Malibu.'

The son of Rod Stewart shocked his family by announcing he had married the TV producer, Weintraub, in Las Vegas in February 2023.

The pair eloped on Valentine's Day just hours after he proposed to her during their dinner date at Catch.

Earlier this year, the newlyweds just bought a house in Los Angeles together earlier this year, and the source added that they will likely be selling the house.

'They were doing so well for so long but then things went haywire earlier this year,' the insider added about Stewart and his marriage to the daughter of the late Ocean's Eleven producer Jerry Weintraub.

'They realized they were not a fit for each other after they started to fight a lot over everyday things.'

Previously, he married Weintraub in Sin City, and their elopement was believed to be 'spur of the moment' happenstance.

He proposed during their Valentine's Day dinner date last year before they exchanged nuptials just hours later.

The pair, who have known each other since high school, were said to have tied the knot at the Little Church of the West in Las Vegas in just their normal clothing.

They do not share any children together, but Weintraub has a son from her first marriage.
