Seattle quarterback Geno Smith was vague on whether he’ll play when the Seahawks face the San Francisco 49ers in a NFC West showdown on Thanksgiving night. “We’ll see how it goes,” Smith told reporters Tuesday. “It’s up to coach (Pete Carroll).” Smith suffered a contusion in his triceps muscle in his right (throwing) arm during the Seahawks’ 17-16 Week 11 loss to the Los Angeles Rams on Sunday. Smith suffered the injury after being hit by Rams’ defensive tackle Aaron Donald in the fourth quarter. Donald slammed into Smith’s arm before sending him to the turf. He added there wasn’t any structural damage, but Smith’s arm was very sore after the game. Smith said Tuesday he’s trending in the right direction. “I’ve had better days but getting there,” Smith said. “I definitely feel a little bit better after a couple of days.” Smith was listed as “limited” in practice, but offensive coordinator Shane Waldron said the quarterback “looked good.” “He looked good,” Waldron told reporters Tuesday. “He’s working his way back in. And he’s limited and we’ll see where we are at come game time.”
