Second teen arrested in deadly Bordeaux shooting investigation

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) — A second suspect has been arrested in connection with a shooting that killed a 34-year-old woman outside of her apartment in Bordeaux.

Jeremiah Williams, 19, was arrested Friday afternoon after being identified in surveillance footage from the scene of the shooting, the Metro Nashville Police Department (MNPD) said.

On Aug. 26, Charmaine Goodloe was shot outside of her residence at Overlook Ridge Apartments on Buena Vista Pike. The shots came from the direction of the parking lot, hitting her multiple times in her legs, reports said. She was transported to Vanderbilt University Medical Center where she died.

On Sept. 4, 19-year-old Jabaree Q. Jones was also arrested for criminal homicide in connection to the shooting. He is being held in Metro jail without bond.

Williams had an outstanding warrant out of Kentucky for assaulting an officer. He now faces homicide charges as well as charges for being a fugitive.

Williams is being held in Metro jail on a $284,000 bond.
