Seven most expensive homes sold in Bloomfield, Sept. 9-22

A house that sold for $845,000 tops the list of the most expensive residential real estate sales in Bloomfield between Sep. 9 and Sep. 22.

The prices in the list below concern real estate sales where the title was recorded from the week of September 9 to the week of Sep. 22 even if the property may have been sold earlier.

A 915 square-foot condominium at 2-10 Montgomery Street, Bloomfield, has been sold. The transfer of ownership was settled in August and the total purchase price was $367,873, $402 per square foot. The condominium was built in 1985. The deal was finalized on Aug. 16.

The property at 27 Day Street in Bloomfield has new owners. The price was $545,000. The house was built in 1928 and has a living area of 1,362 square feet. The price per square foot is $400. The deal was finalized on Aug. 13.
