Sharon Osbourne sparked surgery concern once again this week as she stepped out in LA on Wednesday with a noticeably more taut visage.

After living her whole life in the spotlight, the TV personality has undergone a range of procedures over the years including a gastric band, full facelift , tummy tuck, an eyelift, breast implants, abdominoplasty and Botox .

Sharon, 72, has spoken openly about her past surgeries and shocked the public last December after losing a shocking 42lbs on Ozempic , which she is no longer taking,

Though she was initially thrilled with the results, friends have revealed the star now fears she has gone too far.

Despite her efforts to consume high calorie foods, Sharon has not regained any of the weight she lost from taking the drug and has been left 'frustrated' at the results.

In light of the latest shocking pictures, we take a look back at the changing faces of Sharon Osbourne over the years.

Pictured in the early 1980s, with her husband Ozzy Osbourne, Sharon's look was a long way from her iconic red hair and modern style.

Taken in 1987 the snaps show the then 35-year-old as almost unrecognisable from the fierce matriarch the world fell in love with on The X Factor.

Dressed in what looks to be double denim, Sharon sports thick brown hair, styled on top of her head, and wears a long skirt and drop earrings.

Showcasing her natural complexion, the snap was taken before Sharon was launched into the limelight and began dabbling in the world of cosmetic surgery.

Early 2000s The early 2000s were a period when Sharon began experimenting with her style, as fans saw a hair evolution from the looks of the 1980s and 1990s.

Although pictured with husband Ozzy with brown hair in 2000 while attending the 'Little Nicky' Film premiere in Los Angeles, just two years later her attraction to red hair was making its appearance.

Sharon's skin and facial care meant she looked younger at 48 than many people can dream of as she began experimenting with the red in 2002.

In 2005 Sharon surprised the world with a return to her earlier hair colour - although her face retained its glowing youth as she made her return to the X Factor judging panel.

With brown hair and blonde highlights, she styled it far more straight than her previous, and also later, looks.

However it wasn't long before she was back to her red pixie cut locks which she is still known for up to this day.

In 2011, she had to have her breast implants removed after one of them began leaking into the inner wall of her stomach.

She later described the feeling of the leaked implant as 'a water bed laying on my chest'.

In 2012 she announced she was done with plastic surgery as she explained: 'No more, because I have been looking at pictures of myself recently since I started to lose weight.

'And in a lot of shots, my face looks plastic and at certain angles I was like, "Oh, dear. Oh, I should never have done that. Oh, that's a bad one." So I'm like, "No more. No more abuse".'

Speaking about her fourth facelift on Loose Women at the time, she said her cosmetic enhancements were just like 'servicing a car.'

'There is a new operation now where they cut you here,' she said, while touching the area between her nose and her top lip.

When The Talk host Julie Chen told Sharon she looked 'the best you've ever looked in your life', the reality star replied: 'Well, I've got my third face right now. Face three and counting.'

'And what a face it is!' joked Julie.

In September 2019, the former X Factor star debuted the results of her fourth facelift as her show The Talk returned for it's 10th season.

The star, who went under-the-knife five weeks before the show, confessed to the audience that she lifted 'everything up' to look 'more refreshed.'

'Everything was just lifted up so it looks more refreshed.'

And she was the living proof of the quote 'beauty is pain,' confessing that she was still experiencing 'a little bit of pain' especially under her chin.

'You can't complain when you wanted to do it,' she offered, admitting she brought the discomfort onto herself.

Discussing the procedure in an October 2019 appearance on The Kelly Clarkson Show, she explained: 'I had this thing where they lifted up my mouth and then for the first week I couldn't feel my mouth, I can hardly feel my mouth now, to be honest with you.

'I couldn't find my mouth. It was numb and it was up on one side and I looked like Elvis. All the kids and Ozzy are going, "Why are you snarling at me?" And I'm like, "I'm not snarling; I'm not doing anything!"'

In 2022, Sharon revealed she had undergone a facelift the previous year which she felt had a 'horrendous' outcome and left her 'looking like a cyclops'.

Speaking to the Sunday Times she said: 'I'm telling you, it was horrendous. [To the surgeon] I'm, like, "You've got to be f***** joking. One eye was different to the other. I looked like a f***** Cyclops. I'm, like, "All I need is a hunchback."'

'It hurt like hell. You have no idea,' she added of the cosmetic surgery, which took five and a half hours.

Ozzy apparently concurred that the results were not great and offered to pay to fix it.

'He said, "I don't care how much it costs, we'll get it redone".'

Last year Sharon admitted that she 'needed to put weight back on' after losing a shocking 42lbs on Ozempic.

Recalling the moment that she told herself she needed to stop losing weight after taking the drug, she told Woman magazine: 'I started using it in November last year. I was 142lb [10st 2lb] when I started using it. For the first two or three weeks I felt very nauseous.

'The nausea went away, but once you're on it you don't feel hungry and you don't eat. It's not talked about but you can get a blockage in your bowel.

'I haven't been on it for three or four months. My weight has stabilised. I went down to about 97lb [6st 13lb] and it was like, "Oh no." I needed to put some weight back on, which I have.'

According to the Ozempic website, using the drug can have uncomfortable side effects that include nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, diarrhoea and constipation.

Speaking about her experience with the drug, Sharon previously said: 'I started on Ozempic last December and I've been off it for a while now, but my warning is don't give it to teenagers, it's just too easy...

'You can lose so much weight and it's easy to become addicted to that, which is very dangerous. I couldn't stop losing weight and now I've lost 42 lbs. and I can't afford to lose any more.'

Back in March Sharon shocked the public after she made her return to UK reality TV on Celebrity Big Brother.

The star couldn't hide her weight loss on the show as she revealed doctors 'can't figure out' why she hasn't been able to gain weight back after she stopped using Ozempic months ago.

'The doctors can't figure it out,' she said. 'But I think it's just because I'm getting older and as you get older you lose weight anyway and shrink and shrivel off.'

Of why she decided to start receiving Ozempic injections, Sharon said 'everyone was doing it'.
