SE Systems, a leading sustainable energy solutions provider in Ireland, will offer personalised assistance to those who paid deposits and were left with incomplete installation of solar panels by SolarSol which was based in Ambassador Retail Park in Gorey.

"At SE Systems, we understand how tough this situation has been for many, and we're here to lend a hand," said Youenn Lowry, Managing Director of SE Systems.

"Our commitment is to support affected customers by offering discounted services and support with any available grants. We want to make it as easy as possible for people to get the sustainable energy solutions they set out for without extra worry or financial strain. Decarbonising Ireland is close to our hearts, and we believe in making renewable energy accessible and exciting—not something that feels intimidating or risky. We're here to help people feel confident about embracing a greener future."

SE Systems aims to ensure affected residents can still access the benefits of renewable energy through a range of discounted installation options.

The sudden closure of SolarSol has impacted numerous households, including a Ballycanew couple who paid €6,750 for an installation that remains unfinished. SE Systems recognises the challenges these customers now face and is committed to offering solutions to help them move forward with their solar projects.

To assist those impacted, SE Systems aims to provide discounted completion services for customers who paid a deposit to the liquidated company. SE Systems may offer to complete the installation by applying a discount equivalent to the initial deposit.

They'll also provide guidance and support by assisting customers in accessing any grants or government support programs available and working closely with each household to help them secure financial relief where possible.

SE Systems encourages all affected customers to reach out to discuss their unique situation. The SE Systems team is prepared to evaluate each case individually, ensuring residents receive the support they need to move forward with renewable energy.
