Monday, Nov. 13

Christine E. Huppe, 28, of South Windsor, was charged with disorderly conduct, 6:46 p.m.

Tuesday, Nov. 14

Paulina Z. Misztal, 36, of South Windsor, was charged with failure to respond to an infraction, 5:39 p.m.

Nancy M. Humlicek, 68, of South Windsor, was charged with operating under the influence, 7:03 p.m.

Robert J. Hendrickson, 40, of South Windsor, was charged with third-degree assault on an elderly/other victim and third-degree strangulation/suffocation, 11:05 p.m.

Ananta A. Nayama, 34, of South Windsor, was charged with third-degree criminal mischief and disorderly conduct, 11:30 p.m.

Devin E. Perry, 42, of Waterbury, was charged with fifth-degree larceny, 12:29 p.m.

Thursday, Nov. 16

Wendell Minnifield, 45, of Waterbury, was charged with fourth-degree larceny (three counts) and conspiracy to commit fourth-degree larceny (two counts), 12:37 p.m.

Friday, Nov. 17

Fajar W. Raja, 35, of Manchester, was charged with second-degree failure to appear, 2:39 a.m.

Sunday, Nov. 19

Melanie L. Bigos, 33, of Agawam, Mass., was charged with operating under the influence, speeding and failure to drive in proper lane, 2:08 a.m.

Harvey Baver, 35, of Vernon, was charged with use of drug paraphernalia and sixth-degree larceny, 12:07 p.m.

Monday, Nov. 20

Stephen D. Zrinchak, 27, of South Windsor, was charged with possession of a hallucinogen with intent to sell and conspiracy to commit sale of a hallucinogen, 8:44 a.m.

Nicholas M. Laferriere, 23, of South Windsor, was charged with sale of a hallucinogen, 8:44 a.m.

Tuesday, Nov. 21

Jonathan Santiago, 31, of Charlotte, N.C., was charged with fifth-degree larceny, second-degree breach of peace and violating a protective order, 9:57 p.m.

Wednesday, Nov. 22

Pedro Tomas, 53, of East Hartford, was charged with operating under the influence and operating without a license, 11:30 p.m.

Friday, Nov. 24

Ashish Srivastava, 38, of Bloomfield, was charged with disorderly conduct, 1:30 p.m.

Sahar Abdul-Hakim, 38, of Hartford, was charged with second-degree failure to appear, 2:15 p.m.
