Springfield woman dead after motorcycle crash in Enfield
ENFIELD, CT. (WWLP) – A woman from Springfield is dead after a motor vehicle crash in Enfield on Friday.
Enfield police search for 3 suspects following reported armed home invasion
According to the Enfield Police Department, crews were sent to a motor vehicle crash involving a motorcycle in the area of 35 Somers Road at 1:20 p.m. on Friday.
The operator of the motorcycle, 31-year-old Jose Del Rosario Collazo Jr. of Chicopee, was sent to St. Francis Hospital for suspected injuries. The passenger on the motorcycle, 27-year-old Amanda Santiago of Springfield, was also taken to St. Francis Hospital, where she died.
The crash is being investigated by the Enfield Police Department's Traffic Division. If anyone has information about the crash, contact Officer Nisyrios at 860-763-8985.
