Starbucks is giving customers a chance to save on their favorite drinks during this Fourth of July holiday week.

On Tuesday, July 2, Starbucks Rewards members can get half off any handcrafted beverage between 12 p.m. and 6 p.m. local time.

"Your holiday week, energized," the company wrote in its smartphone app. "Pick a handcrafted drink that fits your vibe and enjoy half off when you order."

The half-off deal on July 2, which can only be used once, is good on any menu-sized handcrafted beverage. It is not valid on canned or bottled drinks or alcoholic beverages.

To redeem the offer, you must have or sign up for a Starbucks Rewards account. From there, simply order your drink in the Starbucks smartphone app between 12 p.m. and 6 p.m. or show your Rewards barcode when ordering in person.

The half-off deal comes after the Seattle-based chain debuted several new menu items on June 25.

New Iced Energy beverages "combine sparkling fruit flavors with iced tea for the ultimate jumpstart," the company said in a post on its Starbucks Stories page.

The energy drinks contain 180 to 205 milligrams of caffeine and come in two sugar-free flavors that will be a permanent part of the menu: Tropical Citrus and Melon Burst Iced Energy.

There's also a new Frozen Tropical Citrus Iced Energy with Strawberry Puree, which is available exclusively in the Starbucks app for a limited time. It features refreshing flavors of passionfruit and citrus balanced with swirls of strawberry puree.

For coffee drinkers, there's a new Caramel Vanilla Swirl Iced Coffee, which is perfect for those with a sweet tooth. The drink takes Starbucks' new iced coffee blend and features a swirl of caramel and a cascade of vanilla sweet cream.

Finally, the chain also introduced a new nondairy vanilla sweet cream and nondairy vanilla sweet cream cold foam to the permanent menu. They both include soy milk and oat milk and can be added to any handcrafted beverage.
